Payment Options Trail Werks Online accepts PayPal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks Only! Returns 14 Day return policy. Returns are only accepted on un-opened merchandise in the original box and packaging. Roof racks and rack accessories are non-returnable items. Returns will only be accepted with a valid RA#. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. Buyer is responsible for verifying that product being purchased is the correct item.
